Oakwood Caravan & Camping Park offers exceptional modern facilities (opened August 2018) and everything you could wish for from a camping holiday – refreshment, relaxation and the outdoor lifestyle. The site offers a unique combination of landscapes with the Cairngorms as the backdrop and is set within an oasis in the ancient oak wood.

Walk down the drive and across the B9152 and you can be in the centre of Aviemore in approximately 30 minutes using the Aviemore Orbital foot/cycle path.

All our pitches for Caravans, Motorhomes, Campervans offer 16amp Electric Hook Up.  We have two small tented areas, the eight electric hook-up pitches are laid to grass, and additional non electric pitches under the oak canopy. Please be aware the ground here is hard so you may require rock pegs.

We are dog friendly and welcome well behaved dogs, maximum of two per pitch. Dogs must be kept on a leash / tethered whilst on site.

Open fires are not permitted in the National Park. Strictly no wood burning on site. Charcoal and gas BBQs are allowed provided they are raised off the ground and extinguished by 10pm.

Check in times for touring and camping is from 2pm and departure by 11 am. For glamping pods check in from 4pm and departure by 9:30am.
